It is wrong to say each stage takes 3 months....

But as what you seen from last few replies, if no reply for 4 months from last update, likely you will be receiving a rejection email.

I was not shortlisted for the post that I applied for. However, mindef side sent me another post which is a contract post.

Is there any difference between the post that is on DXO website as compared to the contract post?
