The standard is wait 2-6 months, just be prepared to wait.
Sometimes they might reject you, but dont expect to know the results or reason, they wont be allowed to share.

Think harder. Common sense will tell you a polygraph is used for lie detection. And at recruitment stage, it is obviously done to verify those things that candidates declared in their form submissions which the ministry have not been able to verify on their end.
