Do anyone of you show your last drawn payslip?
As Minister shared that we do not need to show our last payslip, it is for the company to offer you based on your experiences and job requirements.
There are cases where someone fake their employment salary, and the next company just offer whatever last drawn + 15%, and next following job it keep getting higher salary but not contributing to as much to the job scope.
Anyone succeed in not showing payslip? Or is it just a all-talk (by Minister) but not realistic

from the past replies, yes. could also depend on which stage you are at, usually from the submission to first interview takes abit longer

don't believe in such things, they will quote other issues or checks to force you to surrender your last drawn salary pay at least 3 months. You think they really walk the talk? Dream on. "valid excuses" are like reference check so they are not overpaying you as it is tax payers money. But if you purposely jump to a company , nego to ask them give you XX% of increment and you take that pay to apply other jobs as a stepping board. Short answer , no , have to show if not they wont hire you.

My experience is they ask for 6 mnths payslip plus last year's AWS and variable payslip, which means more than 6 payslips. And plus 4 referrels to double check and call them to verify.
