HR called using a private number, not sure if should even email her to ask 😅

How does mindef determine salary range (non-uniformed role), i have 2 year relevant experience to the current job i've applied for. I've seen some posts and glassdoor for the salary range as well, but those were for entry level applicants!

They very often peg <3 year since grad as DX9 (for grads) — mostly entry level rates determined by some adjustment on work experience etc.
