I am someone in one of the premium schemes being paid at the above rates and I can tell you that they certainly dont take 2nd lowers. Also, the CS barely hires 2nd lowers much less pay them 4.6k.

There is honestly no point arguing. I can only tell you that the reason why you are not being paid well is purely because of your degree. Take a look at DSTA my dear friend. If you have friends working there, ask them. A second lower gets you 4.6k... drop your email here and I will forward you my payslip. Quit whining because talk is cheap. Peace out.

DSTA offer only 3.6k only female

Then pathetic is the right word to describe you? I am in DSTA. a tech role. I am getting 4.6 as fresh grad. Useless degree I suppose.....
