Hi i got called up for site preview next week , may i know what do i expect from there? And is there any dress code?

Hi, Minded had requested me to submit relevant docs via email to process my application. For info, I had passed the PT within the last one year. It has been 1 week since I submitted the docs to them. Can I check whether will minded inform me whether I am not shortlisted for any interview or no news is good news so far? Thanks

hi. congrats.

dress code should be still office wear. The site visit is for you to look around your location of work and meet your potential colleagues and get introduced to your job scope and unit function.

at this stage, probably will have a few shortlisted, possibly 2-3?. this is in case that their first choice dont want this job due to whatever reasons... i.e location too ulu, dont like the office, alr have better offers, etc.

for me, i was more direct. i asked my boss if i was the only one shortlisted and if i am the first choice. apparently i was the only one invited.

During my interview , there were 2 other candidate , today the hiring manager from the camp called me up and ask which day i am free , i suppose i am the only one invited? I not very sure as i didnt ask. Haha. Thanks for the feedback on dress code!
