DXO Psychometric Test
Hi Everyone, can anyone tell me CMPB uses which outsouce company or online resources for thier psychometric test to access DXO position? Going to attend one soon and wonder how is the test? Thank a million.

Went for site preview last Monday and till now I have not receive any call

Can ask what did you do during site preview? Did you ask them if you are their first choice? From previous posts it seems they will send you a rejection email if you're officially rejected so there's still some hope...?

I just called the HR and she told me there's still ongoing interview. So I guess I got no hope already because if they want me, they would have accepted me.
During site preview, they just brought me around my (I hope) workplace and tell me about the work procedure. That's all.

Hi all, I went for a psychometric test on 28th August for the Psychologist position but they haven't got back to me if I was shortlisted or not. I emailed the HR person who contacted and she said they are still processing my application and will contact me if i'm shortlisted. Do you think I got rejected?
