1.Anyone know the Assistant Executive positions are of what rank exactly? The pay scale is obviously lower.. and i only know they are DX8 and below for sure..
2.The requirement is only diploma and preferable with experience for some positions.. From what i read in this forum, they dont need to go for PT? since pt is for dx9 and above
3.Do i get a chance to promote beyond DX9 or even higher in future? (definitely takes longer time obviously, but would i be able to advance to there, assuming i had a non-local degree? or would i be stuck at a certain DX regardless of how well i performed?)

No news = good news. Do expect a good wait 4-8 weeks, esp during year-end.

AE is normally for dip holders, work for 1-2 year you promote to next grade. Yes, you can promote and take some time but degree holder get direct. Anyways, they have changed their pay scale (more $ and job prospects). I should not explain further.

However, in reality, your cert still determines alot of your path. and its not just 'a few more years', its alot more. welcome to the civil service.

Thanks for your advice and reminder.. Yea true, I understand a little on how that works during my two years of NS haha.. some are just stagnant while some are just waiting and waiting for that promotion vacancy that never arrives on a first come first serve basis or base on merit.. while scholar are flying like a rocket, before u know it, they are already at the top haha
