how long will HR contact us after the PT?

Anyone knows those on contract service with DXO. If they can't get a permanent post, what will mindef do to them? I'm asking on behalf of my partner. Seem like there's no stability in her job and current market is like very bad and she needs to keep the job or start to look elsewhere.
