Hi when is your interview?

Hi, it seems that most of the people here go through the steps:

1. PT
2. Interview
3. Unit Preview

My case is a little different.. I had a PT, and then I was called by the HR 2 weeks later to submit a written test online. Around a week later, I got a call to inform me I have an interview scheduled.
Would like to know if anyone else here shares my experience?
Is it true that I will probably have another essay to write before the interview starts?
I am really keen on this position and even so on the Ministry. MINDEF's been my first choice since I graduated 2 years ago but back then I only got to the PT stage.

Any nice guy knows if got rejected after unit preview. How long will u receive the rejection email starting from the date of unit preview?

just put similar level to your current pay or abit more. Dont think you can nego with mindef also. its all fixed at certain range.

manager can be 10 11 12. but without your details and past exp and employment, its impossible to advise you.

no need wait for mail. call the HR person liaising with you. if more than 2 weeks, probably you already rejected by them.

What is the salary range for DX4

Hi guys can i check what is the avg duration it takes for the HR to shortlist you for the psy test. Have applied 1week ago. No news from them yet
