Expected salary of System Analyst

Hi everyone ,
Can I know what is the expected salary of a system analyst with at least 10 years of experience now? Can I actually put 10% more of my current salary?

If the expected salary that I have put is much less than the current market, can I negotiate for a higher pay when the company offered me the job? Think I have put in a much lesser figure in my application. :(

Then just too bad... It was poor judgement on your part to state a low expected salary for yourself... this might imply that you are not confident of your present skills and experience and for fear that the company will not take you in.... they can tell that you are desparate to get an interview but you made a mistake and want more $$.... HR will likely use this against you by saying that they are only prepared to meet your initial asking salary.. Well, good luck on trying to make HR pay you more than your initial asking salary... It's a employer's market now and they have a lot to choose from.....

Once you already submit your expected salary then too late liao. If you now go back and ask for more when they offer your expected, it will reflect very badly that you are trying to clown around and reap some extra $$$

HR will likely insist no room for negotation and you LL accept offer and create bad impression before even joining company.

HR will be able to get a raise if they can convince talents that they are worth less..... It mean savings for the company.. and good work performance of the HR team... It's a selfish world...
