I am probably the luckiest to get 400% increase when I changed job recently. Job scope is undefined and galaxy travel is required sometimes and the trips can be in light years especially on a business trip to unknown planet. Very niche and govern by the UN.

Can share how much you get paid per month, and what are the min qualifications to apply? Don't mind travelling.

How did you calculate the salary?
Is it Take home salary + employee CPF contribution + employer CPF contribution + bonuses ?

Isn't "monthly gross" just the monthly wage before minus employee CPF contribution?
Got people add employer contribution and bonuses to "monthly gross" one meh?
