Anyone knows the pay increment of a average performer of a fresh grad working as Procurement executive? would be so grateful for any genuine replies.

The lowest payraise i ever got was 0.27%. I got a $10 increment for the year wahahaha and it was in a bank.

My current company, starting pay was around $2.7 K. Got one time, I did performed unusally well and received an increment of up to around $3K. Then I ran into problems and my last annual increment was $80! Degree holder in Biz Mgmt, 4.5 yts experience.

Sorry, typo errror, it should be increment of $300, not 3K!
