Well, you already mentioned that the MNCs are full of boomers. Pretty sure they are inefficient everywhere else.

You don't work in MNC unless you consider ST an MNC albeit a Singaporean one.
E5, E6, ranking, promote by paper qualifications gave you away. GLC is not MNC

Yes let's be clear glc is not mnc. Glc is just a bigger version of local sme and does not have the same brand recognition as mnc
