I agree. I also work in mnc. When i join, i got E5 level and got promoted to E6 in 6 months because I am better than the boomers. The pace is very slow and cmi. During ranking, we also promote by paper qualifications so the promotion is very fixed already.

You don't work in MNC unless you consider ST an MNC albeit a Singaporean one.
E5, E6, ranking, promote by paper qualifications gave you away. GLC is not MNC

Yes let's be clear glc is not mnc. Glc is just a bigger version of local sme and does not have the same brand recognition as mnc
