You mean work experience? I am getting a degree already, why do I need work exp to become a manager in an MNC? Or do I need to get a masters degree?

A few points come to mind:

1) You should be vying for top management associate programs if you want a decent entry into mnc

2) Your title may be manager, but you will not have direct reports. It is an inflated title, there are no real managers that would be making like 6k

3) Almost everyone in mnc has a degree, it is nothing special unless you graduated from Harvard

How is thermo Fisher and siemens? I saw a project manager position in Siemens. How is the company?
