LOL, fast pace compare to national library?
CEP means your career ceiling in the company. Usually for pte uni grads its similar to diploma either a AM or M, i.e. meaning the company think that is the highest level you can progress in your career.

Thanks for the sharing, u r so right and I was told that from AM to M and above, depends on one's performance. It sounded like a career celling to me.
Need to hop again, sighs..

haha i already resign & serving notice period now lah. by the time u join i will be gone liao.
this place actually not that bad lah, relatively slow and laid back and if u ok with red tape just go along with it should be ok.
only drawback is career progression very slow esp for non-scholars. for pte deg / diploma grads even worse, if u can reach am level before 40 already consider quite fast. if ur the ambitious kind just stay here for 3-4 years then can try other glc.

Anyone knows how much a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Korn Ferry Hay Group gets a month?
Also, other consultancy firms like MERCER, Towers Watson too?
Thank you in advance!

Consultants should be 8-10k depending on exp, most senior consultants are >10k.

Wa...8-10k for consultants. Hays sounds like a good paymaster.
Btw, do you work for Hays or is this hearsay? Just wanna be objective about my opportunity.
