I am a PhD graduate with 2 years of Industry experience in the area of cancer drug discovery (based in India). I was just wondering how much would someone with my profile earn in Singapore??

The drug discovery sector in Singapore is moribund. Anyway, two years for experience is not a lot and depending on your the area of drug discovery, you can probably expect to earn between $4 k to $6k per month. However, in the face of global retrenchments and mergers in the pharmaceutical industries, you might be better off staying in India where all the outsourced jobs are heading to.

Don't mentioned it. Jobs for people with doctorates in fields in drug discovery is scarce. I have seen too many jaded PhD in medicinal chemistry drop out of the industry and end up in teaching at the various polytechnics. There are soo much job seekers out there that a typical vacancy will attached more than a hundred application. You will have a chance to land a job only if you have contacts within companies that have intention to hire but have yet to advertise the vacancy.
