Hospital/Polyclinic Admin Jobs for Middle-Aged Auntie?

Was wondering if anyone is familiar with healthcare-related admin jobs, you know those aunties that you see working in the polyclinic to do registration and other admin kind of stuff.

I have a relative, middle-aged lady (about 50+ years), has about 10+ years of work experience as a pre-school teacher and needs to change field for personal reasons. She's not very highly educated, but has a diploma in preschool teaching. Bilingual, good work ethic and willing to learn on the job. Not your typical "complain queen" Singaporean.

Would it be difficult to get an entry level job into those healthcare-related admin jobs considering she has no direct working experience? Although I would argue that her past working experience gives her lots of interactions with children and their parents, and so the "soft-skills" are transferable to stuff like patient interactions. Plus, I don't think admin stuff is something that you need a degree to do.

What would be the expected salary be like? Any benefits in terms of healthcare?

Dude, the 10+ yr work experience is not directly relevant to the healthcare-admin job, and I seriously doubt the aunties at the polyclinics taking your registration earn 6k/mth!!!

Admin staff with no special niche: 2k plus. I have done a survey on that.

Nurses with experience up to about $4k+.

Restructured Hospitals

You could advise her to apply for jobs at Restructured Hospitals, I believe I've come across articles mentioning the employment of people in their 40s to 50s~

The data here doesn't seem to tally with those that I found online.
For the job of "Patients Service Associate" the monthly salary ranges from $1.3k to $1.8k based on the ads I've seen.

Anyone here is familar with this line of work, and if those salary are typical of real pay? What are the benefits like?
