anyone currently working in IDA?

is there any differences in the pay grade of consultants and managers?

No differences in pay grades for managers & consultants - these are just functional titles. So Senior Manager & Senior Consultant are in the same grade G11.

Executive Manager & Assistant Director are in the same grade G12.

What is the annual package of a G12 like? Is it similar to MX10 in a ministry?

ohh.. so executive manager is actually AD, Snr Exe Mgr is DD right?

G12 is closer to MX11 actually, maybe a bit overlap MX10...

nay.. G11 ceiling is 10K, G12 ceiling is 12K so G11 is MX10, and G12 is MX9 less the good bonus. But super-scale in IDA starts at G13 so G13 is the real MX9.

Thanks for sharing, but what exactly is the mid point for G11, G12 & G13? The ceiling number is not very informative as I would imagine only a minority are paid at ceiling. If we can know the mid point / average pay of each grade will be more useful.

average pay for personnels promoting into
G11 - slightly less than 7K
G12 - slightly less than 10K
G13 - 11K (12 and 13 roughly same, except for super scale bonus)
G14 - 12K (bar)
G15 - max of 16K

quite informative.. can share the same info for the rest of the grades? specifically from G8 onwards?

What's the salary of a Director in IDA? I'm currently drawing about $20K at a bank, and contemplating a move to public sector.
