Asking about the life in LTA & PUB

So I got interview for both. So I wondering how is the life there as well as the salary/benefits?

LTA: Is LTA-RSE which i heard is design team, and its a communication engineer.

PUB: electrical engineer for the water system department

I hear quite bad for both so I now scared so just want to confirm somethings.

Self: Got eee degree, freshie

LTA have MAC bonus but require night shift. PUB also have engineer bonus. Btw, when did PUB call you for interview after the application on careergov closed? What is the timeline?

How about the work life?

Just checked. They just email me like a few days ago, the application was like mid March.

Please don't join lta. I was from lta last time. Really worse place of all my previous jobs. Toxic. Only care abt work output. Only work and work and work. Pub is better. Don't join lt

Lta mostly project management, at least from my experiences
