NCS Nucleus Infra or SME?

Made a mistake for settling early and chose SI SME dealing with gov projects, earning mid $3xxx and later on I got offered NCS Nucleus for high $4xxx.

SME included travel and mobile claims of up to $400 and flexibility. Need some inputs from veterans in this field before I make a decision to jump ship.

nucleus turnover rate very high, not worth the $4.8k salary or "free masters"
