These are questions you should be raising to HR before you sign. Whether your join date makes you eligible for the promotion/bonus windows.

If can get same as civil service I tao chio liao. 0.45 + 13th month for a total of 1.45 months. Anything more will be an early Christmas present

Last year I was an average performer and my cheapskate partner only gave 1.74 months to me. Best performer took home between 2.1-2.5 (didn't want to tell us the exact number).
