Those who work till 8pm for peak are the rarest of all whereby the engagements accounts are not so complex and clients are super super co-operative. Don't manage to see people who are working on big clients can OT till 8pm only

Hello! What are the criteria to be promoted in big 4 to be a senior? Is there any instances whereby an A2 not promoted to senior and got any stories to share if the A2 is not being promoted to senior?

Because people keep saying that promotion is 'guaranteed' till AM if you don't screw up but looks like not easy to be senior too as an A2 might not be competent in everything.

people who tell you promotion is guaranteed is the same kind of person who tell you no need to study for exam because the paper is very easy and bell curve will save you.

Promotion to senior is guaranteed. They are aware if they don’t promote you can just jump to other big 4.

Plus if you’re not from tunkul lanjiao university or multimedia bj university, means you have an edge over jhk who cannot speak proper english
