How accurate is the salary range shared over here? If it’s true, I’m pretty sure I’m severely underpaid already. How can even fresh grad A1 earn 3.6k based on the source over here?? I’’m not even A1 but getting lesser than A1 is quite unbelievable.

Blue actually just raised their starting salary for A1 to 3.6k a month ago. Not sure about the others.
