1) Speak up, let your supervisor know you are not comfortable.

2) If he persists after you speak up, then that is potentially a case of harassment and you should escalate to sound out to the firm.

Im lucky im at mid. But if u encounter such situation then just give sub par quality since yhe jhk mgr also kmow shyt. Let them do the talking. Its quite common client will complain how bad the team is. And its reqlly fun to be involved in such feedback from client.
