Fckin SMs only know how to throw work to senior even though when engagement is understaffed. Just wonder why can’t they understand our situations and still shove us and help out the engagement a bit at least.

More sales, more variance. Sales cui, more variance.

Depends on situation. Some are common sense, whereas some could be funny and need more inputs from clients.

If you eveything ask clients, they either say dunno or scold you

I mean like their supporting doc don’t tie to their GL then go ask them why got key in these additional figures, they say dunno

Kpmg is the most satki big4? Can produce such investment gurus like envy group Ng Yu Zhi. Don't despair my fellow Big4 slaves! One day you can rub shoulders with the rich n powerful like him too!

Wa lau u new bird meh. Consolidate the difference first. Then send 1 good email cc whole village to ask them confoim the findings. Confirm with client le then raise adjustments lo. Audit very ez 1 ma. Need learn how to throw ball.

EY got many of such beh kan SMs. Ownself enjoy 10k pay shaking leg and dump everything to the senior. if you are double booked on multiple engagements then just heck care those SMs you dislike. sabo them so that they cannot promote to partner

A2 pay of 3.4 k is still lower than civil service starting pay of 3.8k. those big 4 partners really shortchanging their staff. not scared give birth to children no kkj or cb ah?
