But these IBs and S&T still lose to Independent Chartered Financial Consultants, we get to enjoy flexible work life balance while commanding same pay as them. Those IB and SNT folks work like dog to get our pay of 10k a mth

Not an auditor/tax in Big 4, but since we're comparing dic ks on this forum. I'm a lawyer in an international firm. My pay was $21k pm when I started out as a junior associate. It's > $26k pm now. Since the start of this year, 3 of you parasite financial "consultants" tried to DM me on LinkedIn and I had great pleasure in telling each one of them to fu*k off.

I hope that guy was trolling or he is really in his own world
For IBD analyst, that 10K++ base salary could be much lesser than the bonus if the team is doing well for the year
Idk ? Financial consultants commission can be higher than 12*10K base ?

Not the poster. $20k may be csb but its very possible though. UK Magic Circle law firms pay about $180k per annum to newbies. The top US White Shoe firms are much higher and there are a few of these operating in Singapore.

Exit ops will be tax manager for commercial or tax advisory type of roles. You don't need to do anything else once you are in tax
