Employees care, clients care. Even JPM is moving from atas Capital Tower to brand new Capitaspring. KPMG still suffering in 50 year old hong leong tower. Hope the lift don't break down har.

For purpose of online discussion, we usually exclude such qualitative factors as they are subjective / judgmental and your mileage may vary.

It's better to stick to a qualitative discussion. (i.e gross salaries)
