Only performance bonus, no 13th month or other type of bonus. CA WONT gives you additional 20% also. Only KPMG does it. Bonus will be prorated if you join after June 20x1 but before April 20x2.

So what reason is there for choosing one of the other three besides KPMG if you are already a CA?

Whats the normal PB for say average to well pwrformance ( how many months of pb )

Black was 1 to 1.25 for huge majority, with very few people getting 1.5 to 1.75 for associate/senior associate level.

How about for managers and senior managers, hows their PB for good performers

For yellow there’s no aws. Ranges anywhere between 1-2 months. But usually people get between 1.2 to 1.8

Depends on how well you do sales. If you can bring in yearly engagement revenues of 10 mil - of course SM to partner direct.
