Although % is lesser actual dollar amount is higher la. As you go up the career path anywhere in the world your increment % will get smaller and smaller.

I'm from consulting. And yes, thats why ppl like to job-hop; if you wait for increment in the same company it will take longer for your salary to go up. But when you job-hop, receiving a 20% increment from your current salary is not foreign, even at more senior levels.

So I guess Deloitte is least competitive now salary-wise?

That’s why other tech giants are doing good. They give very good increment to retain people , including company shares.

What's the salary range these days for SM and Director level?

that means your performance might be slightly below average. this year bonus for average performers is 2 months. my bonus is 1.9 months. i think i never OT enough
