Curious, did your review letter mention that your new salary is that of performing tier population? Since it’s bumped so much higher..

I think the other big4 will review salary. I mean long ago PWC have announce new increment for FY 2022.

Pay for EY tax increased quite substantially - got approx. 30% increase from S2 to S3/AM (although for tax they consolidated the senior rank going forward)

What does performing tier population mean? My salary letter has that line. How many tiers are there?
Anyway S2 - 5200. Bonus 2.1 months.

I already provided the new salary range for A1-S2 at EY a couple of days ago... People don't want to believe that the info i provided is good... smh
