Do you know how much is the bonus? If they play around with the bonus and monthly pay, the overall compensation could be still the same as before though. It could be a shifting tactic to make you think you are better off

Bonus should be plus 1 more month so 2 months but they don't pay AWS so it does not really matter.

Higher monthly pay is still better off because it puts you in a stronger position to negotiate - many companies make reference to your last drawn pay.

why the huge jump from S2? salary also not announce tbh. so unless your sources is from partners...or HR.
