To my memory, the A1 bonus is not even that high to begin with. It’s a net gain even if they get zero bonus.

to set the record straight, the right range are as follows:

Associate Year 1 - 2700 - 2900
Associate Year 2 - 3000 - 3200
Audit Senior Year 1 - 3500 - 4000
Audit Senior Year 2 - 4500 - 4800
Assistant Manager - 5100 - 5400
Manager - 6000 - 8000
Senior Manager - 8000 - 11000

Comparing against 2021...

Yes I also think it hasn’t changed that much for some grades.

A1 and A2 has gone up. But for SA2 and Assistant Manager, the 2021 pay for some people is still within the range as that 2011 post

Come on Big4, it’s time for a raise.

They don't need to raise salary to retain ppl because they know that ppl only come for the exp and will leave in 2 to 4 years time. Those who stay on till associate director and above won't be bothered about salaries of the lower bands either.

EY just announced pay increase coming in Oct, but no numbers.

Can someone compile confirmed increase in the other firms so we can compare?

Can confirm ey will be raising pay in october. Pwc A1 for audit is 3.4k. Currently no information for deloitte and KPMG yet.
