Not 10k. 11-12k for fresh VPs in BBs. Not our fault Big 4 pays you <7k even after 6-7 YOE.

They are all in different teams and functions. From trade support/risk/client services to compliance/tech strategy/clearing.

abit weird to compare banks and big4 ...
big4 is really not as elite as last time alr. is jus cheap labour
