Advisory tends to have a slightly higher pay premium than Assurance due to the industry pay standards. You can use glassdoor website to conduct some "comparables" due diligence since salaries are getting more and more transparent on the internet these days.

basically they pay 40% less compared to a similar role in the company of the clients they service.

Depends on the departmente for advisory.

No bonus this year sweet.
