Generally, how does it take to reach Associate and Senior?
How many months of bonus in total?

It's not impossible you know... Don't be close minded please, different jobs have different types of prospective pay grades.
Just that this guy's pay increase is actually on the low side.
My cousin as a fresh grad went to kpmg bonded and drawing 7K+ as a consultant. Subsequently worked there for a few years (less than 10) finished bond etc, got bumped up then drawing 40k a month... still got poached by a rival company and left kpmg in the end.
