Q: Big4 - Yearly salary increment

Any big 4 early career switchers have advice to share?

Am the poster few posts back who asked about getting into big 4
Local uni grad, couple of years of corp acc and Biz experience

Thinking of getting into the big 4 for foundation building but so far no news at all
On the other hand, recruiters and LLEs/MNCs have been approaching me, but I have mostly declined because of the big 4 dream

I'm currently pursuing ICAEW, and I have 3 more papers left.
I would need to apply for a training contract before I could proceed to those papers.
May I know what is the salary that will be offered by the Big 4 and the mid-tier firms to a foreigner?
Is there a difference between local and foreigner in term of salary?

ps. I only have the working experience as an intern in one of the mid-tier firms last year.

How much is the promotion increment from analyst to consultant?
