A1 - 3000
A2 - 3250
S1 - 3800
S2 - 4100
AM - 4450
M - 5000-5700
SM - 5400-6200
D - 6000-8000

Also what's the bonus from associate - AM assuming i plan to leave after AM

Thanks so much!

Are you referring to small firms? Most will disagree at SM 5-6k, M is still possible to see around 5k.

Director drawing 6-8k isn't really a director, probably SM

Yup this is highly inaccurate. M1-M3 should expect 6-8k. SM should expect 8-10k.

agree on M, but SM band could be wider as it may be the career end point for some (8-13k more like it)

and they are on a 15-16 month annual package

Do they hire back Alumni?

Yes, but depending how long have you been away from doing advisory, you may rejoin at same rank as you left - which not many can accept.

Can you?

I've a friend who was from 1 of the big4, left after 5 years, joined other firms and all, fast-forward, now she has left EY for 8 years now, do you think she will be able to rejoin as a Manager or SM (which would otherwise be her rank should she have stayed)

What's the fastest someone can reach SM? Is it 9th year? Also if stop at SM, will you be asked to leave?

How about the advisory side? Is the career progression similar to audit? Is it true that KPMG starting pay is 3k, Deloitte 3.5k, PwC 4k?

Any estimates? The advisory side is quite mysterious.
