The reason why one should stay in big 4 all the way is because big 4 values loyalty in the form of yearly high salary increment that you cant get it anywhere else (with the exception of consulting and investment banking, but lets not talk about thess roles because only the cream of the crop are cut out for it. In big 4 as long as you stay, defy the odds and outlast your weak minded peers (andrew tate mindset yo guys), you will be able to hit partner one day and this is when sky is the limit when comes to your compensation.

If you join the right team in consulting at a Big 4, such as Strategy&, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, it is actually pretty good deal since they compete with McKinsey, BCG, Bain.
