New pay range for EY:

A1: $3.4-3.6k
A2: $3.6-3.9k
S1: $4.9-5.2k
S2: $5.7-6.0k
S3: $6.3-6.6k
M1: $7-7.3k

Bonus range seems to be around 2.5 - 3.5 months.

Why would there be a pay range, especially for new employees starting at A1.

I can confirm that the yellow ranges for at least a1 to m1 based on my discussions with colleagues. this is for audit.
