In black now, so can confirm career level 3 is for associate which is both A1 and A2. The way to differentiate is probably your pay.
Career level 4 is senior
A1 pay for tax is 3,500
A2 pay for tax is 3,800

Fresh grad no exp. Standard, 3.3-3.5 if yours higher than might be A2 role alrdy but wo exp highly unlikely.
