2 years with no professional qualification is crap.

Any jhk with tkal qualications with 2 to 3 years exp can come here with ep with 4.5k/ month to pawn u hard hard.

This is fake news. Your value appreciates as you stay longer in big4 because of the prestige and the ability to tolerate stressful working environment.
