Seniors should not be doing associates work but instead review their work and supervise them. Seniors have the obligation to report to the managers on junior’s performance (whether good or bad). Good performance includes the ability to finish work paper on time with minimal errors and manage the client. Bad performance includes not able to complete workpapers on time or making numerous errors in workpapers.
