Hi guys, how do I tell my manager to remove one engagement? I am currently staffed under two engagements and I feel burned out.

Inform your manager to hire more people. There are people who are waiting anxiously to get in but never even get a chance to enter.

Manager hire more people means less bonus for manager and partner. hire more staff will eat into the budget one leh. why hire more when it is easier to squeeze you alive?

There will always be people leaving after peak session. You want to wait until so many people leaving then find ways to find people to come in ? By then, not many people will apply and calling those who wanna enter may not want to enter anymore since you don’t want me in the first place.

Well said.. sometimes HR called me a few months later if I’m still interested. Too late already.. Wish to come in but didn’t get call, now treat me as a backup plan to come in is way too late :/
