The fact is that big4 have low standards thats why so many jhks join. Come to Sg to earn 3:1 is a much better deal than working in Malaysia. Can go back buy bungalow.
You got see other professional services hire as many jhks as audit or not? What is the % of jhks in high finance, consulting, law? Compared to audit.

U are not wrong. Is just not b4 standard low. Audit entry level is low, lack of qualified staff, hr department bias??? And politics. U will spend more time on playing ut games than doing work at certain level. Too bad audit has no value anymore.. too much professional issues around b4 these days.
