I thought KPMG announced increment?
MAYBE the other three will match?
I cannot imagine if they don’t match or at least adjust to be close… then wouldn’t everyone want to hop over

If you believe your equity partnership is guaranteed just because your SM said so, I really really think you don't have what it takes to be one. Lol.
Ask yourself. What does it cost your SM to give you this kind of false hope? Nothing. What does your SM gain by giving you false hope? She manages to con a hard worker into not quitting.
You should take the other role and run. Lol.

To the best of my knowledge, in Singapore context, there aren’t any salaried partners, so the label of equity partner seems unnecessary.

Its been repeated so many times here. They are not fighting for talent. They just need slaves.
NUS is the best. Does that mean there is no one at SIM? Same logic.
The other big 3s have been ignoring KP’s better salaries and study leaves for the longest time.

Hmm I didn’t know this.
But now that it’s on the news, surely it’s a lot harder to ignore this as everyone is now aware and the information is publicly available.
Even my family not from the industry also heard the news.

Hmm the math doesn’t check out.
You mean previously was only 4k? Don’t think that is true.
