Every single time u receive call from hr for interview. Looking for talent to join our time.. but the pay says otherwise. Just a toxic industry.. jhk transfer from my or come from mid tiers then next few says repeat cycle. B4 want out and mid tiers come in. Jh land.
Some come here also complain low pay and long working hours.

u just need to know what u want in life.
