I got offered Accenture Business & Industry Integration Arch Analyst under TAP for 4.9k and EY Technology Consulting Associate in Data & Analytics for 4k.

Do you guys have any advice/opinions on which would be a better choice? In terms of work life balance/exit opportunities/etc

EY definitely has a better work life compared to accenture. Accenture does mainly implementation work (e.g. implementing software into their existing workflow/ process) whereas EY does the advisory/ consulting to their clients (Coming up with the IT roadmap, interviews with senior stakeholders, etc.). Downside is EY offers a much lower starting pay compared to accenture.

Just outdated info

Ex Blue here.. Left 2021.

G2 (Associate first year): 3k (to 3.3k depending on your honor/grade)
G1 (Associate 2nd year): don't remember
S4 (Senior first year): don't remember
S3 (Senior 2nd year): don't remember
AM: 5.3k
M0: (normal AM to M): 6k
M1: (exceptional AM to M): 6.6k
M2: 7.2k
M3: 7.8k

All above are before 20% ISCA (which will only apply to S3 and above only).

For everyone's reference.

Also seems the middle get the least increase. Senior 1 is like 100 200 increase whereas A1 A2 increases are higher. Starting M higher, but don’t know if subsequent increments are adjusted. also don’t know if bonus has been adjusted. Call me a cynic but no way big 4 partners are so generous without taking some things back.

senior should still be 300 to 500 last I checked, especially if u consider AM as senior (Senior year 1 > year 2> AM )

lol first time hear got M0 and G2/G1 S4/S3

So previous poster is fake? since he didn’t even get the grade correct. He still describe it as A1/A2

This means M in KPMG is 4 years instead of 3 years for average performer? Or M0 jump to M2 after 1 year

Not worth to join KPMG if u plan to stay. With 8 yoe should be SM around 10k alr. In KPMG is 7.8*1.2= 9.3k

Never heard of a jump, once u enter M as M0 it is 4 years AT LEAST before SM

assuming u are high flyer.. it is quite common to have ppl 10yoe still M2/3.

BTW all big 4 should be around this range. excluding the 20%. so SM should be 8.5k +-
