The interview 1hr plus key point is about how long you gg to stay and now a lot ppl quit and outsourcing plan. How they expect this coming year end how many gg to quit. Are you able to work under pressure, have u ever feel like you cant finish ur stuff etc. Really.? Not about skill set anymore..?

With your experience the skill sets should be a given and it can be picked up. Those questions are valid and really relevant. The situation is really dire and you will face with the exact scenarios mentioned.

You must have shown that you are not receptive to these scenarios which is why you are not selected. Big 4 interviews are one of the easiest. They are literally begging you to join.

Of cos I am. Now they are trying hard to implement changes, retain "talents" and outsource to devloping country for those repetitvie work. More for strategy purpose and keeping competitive edge. Of cos the conversation is about what changes can be made. OT, high turn over is common in audit. What are you talking about.. salary and wbl ? Way off topic bro/sis..
