Only stupid people OT and allow themselves to be exploited. You OT until midnight at the most get above average rating while I work for 6 hours and get average rating. The rest of the time I just appear to be online. I am sure partner will reward you for your impressive performance by giving you more work

If you can slack and finish the work, then good for you. Don't OT when there isn't a need. But can't say that is possible for most engagements.

OT is really bohua. Jhk willing to OT cus got 3:1. My entire team all jhk. Everyone sibei hardcore. Last time the senior asked me come back office OT until midnight on Sunday I jitao flipped middle finger. Things that can be done at home why must come office show face. You weekends nothing to do is your own problem. Limpeh need spend time with my wife.

This is why big 4 boomer partners like 58 year old Max Loh wouldn’t hesitate to replace you with jhk. JHK are willing to sacrifice everything for the company while sinkies just want to live a normal life like civil servants. They only want cheap wage slaves and are not willing to innovate

Improve for what? Partner only cares about hiring cheap wage slaves from jiuhu tongkat Ali uni to do sai kang. You all local uni grads only want high salary and work life balance.
