Only stupid people OT and allow themselves to be exploited. You OT until midnight at the most get above average rating while I work for 6 hours and get average rating. If you can slack and finish the work, then good for you. Don't OT when there isn't a need. But can't say that is possible for most engagements.

OT is really bohua. Jhk willing to OT cus got 3:1. My entire team all jhk. Everyone sibei hardcore. Last time the senior asked me come back office OT until midnight on Sunday I jitao flipped middle finger. Things that can be done at home why must come office show face. You weekends nothing to do is your own problem. Limpeh need spend time with my wife.
